Found live crawling insects on the floor and improperly insulated wirings by the table, which can easily be touched by children. Food was not good either.

Excellent noodle soups!

Had the vegetarian rice noodle soup bowl (#19 in the menu) and egg roll. They were delicious!! Friendly staff.

One of the best PHO places I have visited and the location is very clean and the menu is full of goodies... The Special Combo Pho was amazing with a rich broth and plenty of meat and noodles for a hearty appetite. Worth the drive from RWC to Milpitas and they close late...

Wow, there's not a vietnamese restaurant that has better service than this. You walk in, the owner instantly greets you with a big smile and it feels like he just waited all day to serve you a yummy bowl of noodles. And the Pho and spicy beef noodle soups are indeed excellent here. Their broth is on point, they give you plenty of meat and the flavors just hit the spot. They keep checking in with you to ensure everything is good and bring out more like and vegetables if you like. I also love their avocado smoothie - it's so refreshing. Amazing restaurant, run by great people, serving perfect authentic Vietnamese dishes. I'll be back.

We met with friends at this restaurant for a meeting. we heard about this place from many people. Well, it was very nice. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we felt fantastic. The food was just great. We loved this spot a lot and we shall absolutely come back again. we highly recommend this place.

Eggrolls are great, pho was ok, #47 cubed beef was pretty good but wow that meat was chewy. Flavor worth it but I mean I would chew the veggies and rice in my bite to completely gone and still have juicy meat left haha it may just be my preference though so maybe worth a try?Also I ordered a Thai iced tea with our food that our waiter forgot(he took his break at the table next to us), so we ask another waiter who also never brought us one and then avoided us. When we go to pay we mention we never got the Thai tea. The woman says "oh you never got the tea?" like she knows, tells us the bill and we confirm "without the tea?", "Yeah, no tea" so we were never getting the tea to begin with? Haha idk

All bathrooms are out of order so i had to use the ones across the street at the McDonald's. It's not safe to operate a restaurant where bathrooms are not working.On top of that, it's just too slow. Sunday at 130pm, it shouldn't take 20+ mins to get pho noodles. Everyone here is angry waiting for service or their food to arrive.

This place is a joke. Service is not good. Food come with hardly anything in it. Pho is suppose to be a hearty meal. I ordered #68 meat & seafood . One shrimp 2 piece spuid that looked like a noodle. When I told the dumb guy. He said I ordered the cheap one. What that mean.?????Pho bowl LG $9.

Good food, Great customer service

Food was excellent. Got one beef soup and one chicken soup and both were tasty. The egg rolls were also delicious. Waiter did not stop by after the food to check on us or bring refills though. Overall, I will be back.

Prices are higher than typical but the amount of meat, noodle and broth you get makes up for it. The #14 tasted very good. Only downside was the cleanliness, they keep the tables clean but didn't wipe down the seats which had crumbs and other leftovers for the previous guests

Very nice Vietnamese restaurant with a good collection of vegetarian dishes. My wife is vegetarian and she loves Pho noddle soup. It has always been a challenge to find a good restaurant that offers vegetarian base pho. I guess we found the right one. Enjoyed the fresh rolls as well. My daughter had the chicken Pho noodle soup and she enjoyed it as well. Portion was huge. Order the small size bowl which is more than enough. Price is very reasonable. Staff was very friendly. They said they can pack the food and keep it ready in case we want to pick it up on our way back from work. Definitely going back soon...

For the first time in my life, a Vietnamese restaurant like this one is worth a review! A GOOD REVIEW 😀Food is yummy, clean and large portion! The service is courteous, speak enough and understandable English, and not loud. The speed is fast and friendly attitude. Though I wish their smoothies are less icy and less sweet.

Very nice and friendly owner (maybe), but he took the effort to get to know his customer and were very pleasant talked. Small space but clean and friendly, reasonable price I would say.

Appetizer was very good, chicken brocolli rice was good, seafood bowl was okay, and dessert was bad. Started great but went down in experience. Maybe wrong choice of dishes.Service was okay. Overall 3 stars.

One of the best vietnamese eateries I would recommend in san Jose / norcal. Their price is amazing and their portion size is great! Service is just okay... However that makes it more authentic.

Food is good and fast service. Customer service is not so good. Not friendly at all.

We've been going there ever since they opened! Love the food there, especially the appetizers, fried chicken wings and gyoza. Also really good iced coffee. However, since they expanded, the food quality has gone down. We used to love the fried onions, but they're no longer fresh and crispy like they used to be.

We went here on a whim. I'm very glad I did. They go hard !!! I got my pad thai to go. They did not skimp on ingredient. I knew once I entered I was in the right spot. It smelled like Basel and amazing food. Go here, besides, they stay open until 2am!!!! The food is very good. Damn good!! I also ordered wings. Wow!!!! So freaking good. I forgot i got sauce. They were amazing without it. Bite adding the sauce is a whole nother level!!

This is my favorite Pho spot in San Jose. The price is right and the pho always comes out boiling hot. The egg roles are also super delish! Yum!

Everyone who works here is so incredibly nice. The prices are cheaper than the average pho restaurant and their bun bo hue is crazy good. I wish we lived closer so this can be our go-to spot!!

Absolutely love this place! The vegetarian/vegan options are great, every time I go the wait staff are very respectful and accommodating of my dietary choices. The prices are fair in my opinion, especially for the portion. Also their take-out is fast and reliable every time, travels well in the car. There are a lot of pho restaurants in the area, but New Pho Saigon is by far the best!
